COVID-19 FACILITY UPDATES

DISINFECTING

R360 has incorporated regularly scheduled deep-cleaning and disinfecting protocols throughout the day.
____ disinfectant is ___ certified / registered, designed to effectively _____, and is thoroughly applied throughout the day on equipments and throughout the entire facility.

TRAINING FACILITY AND HOURS

Training slots are fixed throughout the day, with limited occupancy. The schedule for the same is available at “______” (link)
The facility timings have been adjusted to allow intensive cleaning in between training slots.

HEALTH CHECKUP & PROCEDURE

Members will be required upon entry to sign a COVID-19 undertaking and do a temperature check via contactless thermometers. Per ____ guidelines, individuals with a temperature above 100.4 degrees and not wearing a mask will not be permitted to enter the facility
Members must have Aarogya Setu app installed and set up and ready to display while entering the facility.

SAFETY KIT

R360 safety kit consisting of face shield, mask, sanitizer will be given to every member at the time of re-opening of the facility.
Face shields are mandatory for members while training.

HAND SANITIZER

Hand sanitizer stations will be conveniently placed throughout each area in the facility to keep our members sanitized, healthy, and comfortable.
Members are required to follow on-floor protocols, included in the R360 safety kit.

NOTIFICATION

Patrons and staff are required to alert R360, if they test positive for COVID-19 within 14 days of their last visit to the facility.
We will send email notifications to all members if there is a confirmed COVID-19 case at our facility.

Monday to Saturday: 5:30am to 11:30pm
Sunday: 6:00am to 10:00pm
